Empower Her
The objective of the event was to bring together esteemed women leaders within our organization with senior girl students on the brink of making career choices. This platform provided an opportunity for these leaders to share insights from their diverse expertise. Avasara Academy, a non-profit residential secondary school for girls, prioritizes education for girls from low-income backgrounds, with a particular focus on fostering leadership skills. The event facilitated mutual learning, where senior leaders gained as much as they imparted to the students. They were impressed by the girls' confidence and their intelligent questions.

My visit to Avasara was unforgettable. Guided by a vibrant graduate, we toured the academy with detailed insights and warm hospitality. The separate buildings for different subjects, a kitchen garden for daily meals, well-equipped labs, and a homely atmosphere made it special. Interacting with the graduating batch was a highlight, showcasing the academy's excellence.
